Description
Company: Pool King
Length: 34.5" Width: 10.25" Wheelbase: 16.5" Nose Length: 6.5" Tail Length: 7" Static Flex: Rock Solid - No Flex Deck Specifics: Concave • Tail Kick Deck Shape: Long Skateboard Appropriate Discipline: Transition E-Mail Address: jefftatumsk8s@sbcglobal.net Website: http://www.poolkingskateboards.com/ Purchase Deck Materials: 7 ply maple, pressed in San Diego, California USA. Other: This is not just a wide board, it's what we call a "performance pig". This deck has all the features: deep concave, long, up-scooped nose and more of a "popsicle" overall look. It is large enough to handle the deepest of pools with plenty of comfort and stability. This is a well made deck and a real blast to rip around parks on. User reviews

Typical Session Discipline: Bowls, Ramps Where did you purchase it?: Tailtap.com What were the strengths of the deck.: Great Shape perfect for a guy my size (6'2" 240lbs). Fast, stable, strong, perfect concave for what I like. A great bowl cruiser. What were the weaknesses?: Steep kick took a little time to get used to, but now I love it. Walk the plank..., Sunday, 15 July 2007 Written by ms20 - View all my reviews - Top 1000 Reviewer Longboard Review How long have you ridden the board: 10 MonthsWhat is your setup like?: Indy 215 trucks, 62mm 100A Rainskate Stinger wheels, Biltin Bearings Typical Session Discipline: Bowl riding How much did you pay?: $100 AUD Where did you purchase it?: Boardshop.com.au What were the strengths of the deck.: I am about 6`2" and 200lbs with a pretty big foot. The size of the deck appealed to me and allows for a really comfortable stance. The concave is fairly mellow. Deck feels solid with minimal to no flex. My riding really improved after moving to this deck from a smaller board. I ride it in pretty small/tight bowls and it carves really well. What were the weaknesses?: The graphic doesnt appeal to me but that doesnt matter given the quality of the ride.It has a fairly big tail that some may find steep. Similar decks you have ridden?: I Havnt had the opportunity to ride many deck. MY choice came down to a toss up between the Pirate and the BDS Quad 11 which is also a great ride. Would you recommend it?: Yes
