Got a set of these for christmas. Very nice gloves, sturdy and comfortable. When sliding they don't have a whole lot of braking force and are very slick, and the wide pads give some nice stability. The only downside I could find is holding the board is akward without the larger main puck moved back a little. You will have to play around with placement to find a good place for you. Highly recommended.

so do u really need the center puck or can ya jus use the finger tips? also where can ya buy replacement pucks?

To bad they are WAAAY overpriced. At $50 I'd rather make my own pair out of a cutting board.
