There's a reason these are the standard, Saturday, 20 September 2008 Written by bucksaw87 - View all my reviews - Top 10 Reviewer Equipment Reviews How long have you ridden them?: Over a yearWhat Setup are you running them on?: Many setups Typical Discepline?: anything from street, parks, DH, slalom, sliding... How much did you pay for them?: no more than $20 Where did you buy them?: everywhere What are their weaknesses?: not as quick or smooth as other bearings in the sub-$20 price bracket. What are their strengths?: like the title says, there's a reason that reds are the "standard" by which most other bearings are compared to. they provide a good, solid ride that's readily available at ANY skateshop...they're quick enough to not disappoint even the pickiest skater, they're easy to clean, they're a really reputable bearing. What similar equipment have you ridden?: rock'n'rons skyrockets, speedy lunatics, toy machine bearings, rush abec 7's Would you recommend them?: Yes

Good for the price point, Thursday, 11 September 2008 Written by dfgfdhgdsa - View all my reviews - Top 50 Reviewer Aside from that, they're not bad at all. Equipment Reviews How long have you ridden them?: A Few WeeksWhat Setup are you running them on?: On either a Sector Nine Maccas or Loaded Dervish with 72mm 78a Sector Nine Wheels (Sorry, I'm not sure on the specific name). Also in Sector Nine Race Formula 76mm 80a Wheels. Typical Discepline?: Downhill, Slalom, Cruising How much did you pay for them?: $15 Where did you buy them?: Bill's Wheels (Local in Santa Cruz) What are their weaknesses?: Well, the reason they are so cheap is because they are made in China, which I disagree with ethically. As far as functionality goes, they need pretty regular cleaning as only one side is shielded, and the other is not. It's not as bad as it sounds, as only one side faces out, but still isn't good. What are their strengths?: Cheap, fast, especially for the price point (at least for some time). What similar equipment have you ridden?: Greaseballs, Ninja Abec 7s, Daddies Board Shop Abec 7s, Rush Swiss Blacks (Really really cool bearings). Would you recommend them?: Yes
