Love this board, haven't riden it much for 2 reasons

1. I live in Canada-Its freezing and still snowy

2. It got warped on the plane ride home.

I bought this board in Aspen Colorado. I currently live in Ontario Canada. The altitude change was around 8000ft so my board got warped when i came home.

It's a beautiful board with a classic look. I love it. It takes a lickin and keeps on kickin. My board hasn't lost its clear grit either. Rides firm but forgiving and isn't too mushy. Very predictable board. It can handle reasonable speeds - I've taken it to 30mph. It loves garages. While I certainly wouldn't use it as I slide board. I've put 96a Noskoolz on it and pulled colman 180's, toeside 180's, and surrenders. This is the board I learned on and I would reccomend it for Pros as well as beginners.
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: 8 months
What is your setup like?: Randal R-II'sAbec 7 bearingsGrippins1/2 inch risers
Typical Session Discipline: Carving, Cruising, A little sliding, mild downhill
How much did you pay?: 150 complete - I have upgraded the parts and bearings
Where did you purchase it?: Gear Guys
What were the strengths of the deck.: Perfect Shape: It doesn't have or need wheel cutouts and the concave is perfect, not too steep not to shallow. Has Carving written all over it. Stiff and responsive without being rock hard.Super strong, Only damage mine has had is scrapes. The only issue with durability is the Koa veneer can get small chips where it hits the pavement, but thats only on the edges because of the concave.
What were the weaknesses?: A little tall with my setup to push easily. My board leg gets tired quickly.
Similar decks you have ridden?: G/S Tiki

The Arbor: Koa Pin is an all-around excellent board. Even though I haven't been longboarding for long, I have been snowboarding for a few years now and really enjoy that I now have something to do in the spring and summer. Great for travel around campus. I love this board and the fact that Arbor uses bio-technology. If you get one, enjoy!

Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: About 3 months +
What is your setup like?: Randall R-II 180s, with the standard Arbor wheels and the bearings the board came with. I've taken off the risers and it has definitely helped with stability; still no wheelbite. I ended up switching out some of the hardware after watching a Longboarding Tips video by lwence on youtube.com...love the new setup!
Typical Session Discipline: Crusing, Carver, and Mild-downhill
How much did you pay?: $164.95
Where did you purchase it?: www.rememberDELAWARE.com
What were the strengths of the deck.: Superb turning and carving. Excellent stability after taking off the risers and adding new hardware for longer lasting trucks.
What were the weaknesses?: Since the design is a pintail, there really wasn't any need for the risers...other than that, I am lovin' it so far. Haven't had the clear grip coating wear off just yet, but that might be because I haven't ridden it enough!
