Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: about 4 weeks
What is your setup like?: loaded dervish flex 1 bear 852s khiro shock pads .016 doubled up on each side khiro blue and white barrel bushings lime big zigs and lucky 7s
Typical Session Discipline: hard carving cruising and bombing
How much did you pay?: 162$ for deck, 48$ for trucks
Where did you purchase it?: skatesonhaight (deck), thelongboardstore (trucks)
What were the strengths of the deck.: the flex is amazing, smooth stable as hell, nice and low!!!!!wood grain is amazing!!
What were the weaknesses?: hasnt yet but hoping it wont bottom out cuz how low it is. but i doubt it will until flex is pretty worn out
Similar decks you have ridden?: arbor blunt bamboo, arbor koa pin, sector nine , bustin complex
Would you recommend it?: Yes

I got this board when i was first really getting into longboarding and it was a great choice. its a great first board as well as a board for an experienced rider. Its fun for everyone.
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: Almost a year, 10 months i think
What is your setup like?: flex 2 with Paris 180s with randal yellow bushings and i was running lime bigzigs.
Typical Session Discipline: hard carving, cruising, freeride, sliding.
How much did you pay?: $240
Where did you purchase it?: Milehighskates.com
What were the strengths of the deck.: It is a very fun board. The flex helps you push into carves and it pushes you right back out. it feels very similar to snowboarding and i love that about the board. I've taken it up to about 25mph and it felt solid. it's pumpable as well and pretty durable.
What were the weaknesses?: The graphic is meh but i fixed it by going over it with a sharpie and its nice and vibrant now haha. Other than that the only weakness is loaded fanboys.
Similar decks you have ridden?: nothing. The other loadeds might feel like it but i've only ridden a dervish.
Would you recommend it?: Yes

I love this board. I own a Landyachtz Drop Speed (old version) and a Bustin Spliff, but I only ride the Dervish now. The flex is unlike any other board I have ridden on - it doesn't just bend or give, it responds and snaps.

I have noticed a little negativity towards Loaded becoming more mainstream, but it seems like that could only be a good thing. Owning this board has given me motivation to improve my own skills, and I think it could do the same for anyone else.
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: a week
What is your setup like?: Flex 1
Paris 180 Red barrel bottom, Blue *itch top
Orangatang In Heat Wheels (highly recommend)

Typical Session Discipline: Carving hills as hard as possible
How much did you pay?: 162 deck only
Where did you purchase it?: skates on haight
What were the strengths of the deck.: Amazing flex - unlike anything I've ever ridden. I weigh 240 lbs. and Flex 1 is perfect. I was a little apprehensive since I am over the suggested range, but the flex feels great. I have no worries of bottoming out while carving or even standing directly in the center.
What were the weaknesses?: Well... I don't like the graphic, but I don't really care. It was kind of difficult to mount the baseplates - the holes seemed a little off? and pretty tight as well.

The deck is slightly narrow for my size 13 feet, but I got used to it quickly.

Similar decks you have ridden?: 42" Kracked Skulls Scimitar

Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: an afternoon
What is your setup like?: flex 1 (86kg), gullwing chargers, pink powerballs
Typical Session Discipline: cruising, carving, sliding, impressing the ladies
How much did you pay?: $AU350
Where did you purchase it?: CRE8IVE SK8
What were the strengths of the deck.: amazing all rounder, its long enough for anything you have in mind yet manages to be really nimble. i'd say more nimble than my vanny flex 2... i could put that down to trucks but this is truly amazing.
What were the weaknesses?: it doesn't wipe my ass or give me back rubs... no... but seriously... the flex is a little stiff. but that may because i've been on a vanny flex 2 for the last few months - mind you, i can still bottom it out on the carpet. i'd struggle to really find an issue...
Similar decks you have ridden?: vanny flex 2 with paris... really not that similar... i think the pro41 (the old pro40) would be more similar, just in height wise and pushing ability. i'd go with this though if you're tossing up between the two... or go with the insect mosquito... i hear good things

This is the best board ive ever ridden. I've had:
Flexdex pro 40
Loaded pintail
gravity hypercarve

This is the best one, aside from the mounting thing breaking, but that was taken care of with the updated dervish. GET THIS BOARD
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: About 5 months
What is your setup like?: Up until it broke:
Gullwing Chargers 10"
Bones Swiss Bearings
Lemon Big Zigs 83a

Typical Session Discipline: Carving, Cruising, Dancing
How much did you pay?: 285..?
Where did you purchase it?: Daddies Board Shop
What were the strengths of the deck.: Super fun board, room for dancing, short enough for sliding, nice and wide for me (size 13 shoe), very good for pushing, low center of gravity, nice little nose and tail for shuvits and manuals and bigspins : )
What were the weaknesses?: There is only one, the dropthru design was not very durable, however this was supposedly fixed in the new model.
Similar decks you have ridden?: Nothing like it.
Would you recommend it?: Yes
