Retailer Reviews What did you buy?: I originally purchased a loaded vanguard but there were some problems with it (it was also the last one in that flex) so Mark upgraded me to a Dervish for no extra cost which was greatWhen did you buy it?: a few weeks ago (I had to wait for the dervish to come back in stock) How much did you spend?: $230 Was the site easy to navigate if the purchase was online?: Very easy, very quick responses to e-mails Did the purchase go smoothly?: the vanguard mess up was not his fault but he still fully compensated for the wait, I couldn't of asked for more Did you feel like they appreciated your business?: Yes, definitely Would You recommend them in the future?: Yes, my brother and a few of my friends will be shopping there soon

I'm a little bummed and disappointed though because I wrote back and forth with Mark for a couple days and told him I was going to place the order. I ordered the thing around noon on Thurs and they didn't notify Fedex of a package until today (Monday morning). I just tracked it again and the thing still hasn't been picked up by Fedex and it's the afternoon! It kind of puts a sour note on all the help Mark gave me. It sucks to have pulled the trigger on a new board and not get it for another week.
