A Solid Truck - 180's, Tuesday, 29 January 2008 Written by JuiceboxHarry solid design great all-around truck easy to clean/maintain decent price cons: bushings aren't great these were my first trucks and learned with them. they have served me well and would gladly buy a new pair when i need to replace them. they've definitely held up. i've gone over my share of curbs, scraped them up, run over rocks and these things have taken quite a beating from a beginner longboarder. if you're looking into buying these trucks, seriously consider the fact that you MIGHT want to invest in some new bushings. i love Khrio blues, they work good for me. if you're new to longboarding, you might want to consider buying a Khiro bushing kit so you can experiment to find what feels best for you. as my title suggests, randals are a good, solid truck. you really can't go wrong with these even if you're a first timer or seasoned veteran. you'll find these trucks STANDARD on most completes, and there is a reason for that! these trucks are SOLID. Equipment Reviews How long have you ridden them?: 9 MonthsWhat Setup are you running them on?: Arbor Pintail Pleasure Tools Bearings (ABEC 7) Khiro Blue Barrel Bushings DBS Generic Wheels Typical Discepline?: cruising, downhill How much did you pay for them?: Came with complete Where did you buy them?: Daddies Board Shop What are their weaknesses?: Bushings. Anyone who's spent any time on the forums has probably heard this a million times already. i replaced my stock bushings with some Khrio blue barrels and absolutely love them. What are their strengths?: they are very stable, very smooth What similar equipment have you ridden?: Gullwings Would you recommend them?: Yes
