60mm 94a No Skoolz, Saturday, 27 September 2008 Written by shrugs1434 - View all my reviews - Top 100 Reviewer Equipment Reviews How long have you ridden them?: 2 weeksWhat Setup are you running them on?: Conspiracy BP with Indy 169's and Bones Yellow bushings. Typical Discepline?: Sliding How much did you pay for them?: $15 (deal!) Where did you buy them?: Used from a SL user What are their weaknesses?: They aren't very fast downhill because they are quite small and wide, but that's not what they're meant for, so that's alright. I wish they were a bit narrower for a smaller contact patch though, that would be nice. What are their strengths?: Once broken in (which doesn't take long), they slide extremely smoothly. They don't give you that stutter that you get with some slide wheels. They aren't extremely slippery so you don't have to worry about sliding out unexpectedly. Very predictable. What similar equipment have you ridden?: Spitfire street wheels, 66mm Zigzags. Would you recommend them?: Yes

Slide!, Monday, 22 September 2008 Written by bucksaw87 - View all my reviews - Top 10 Reviewer Equipment Reviews How long have you ridden them?: 5 monthsWhat Setup are you running them on?: various slide setups...earthwing 38" with indys, and now faltown with indy 215's Typical Discepline?: sliding! How much did you pay for them?: got them on a complete Where did you buy them?: RIT music, holland MI What are their weaknesses?: they're just kinda mediocre for pretty much everything. loud when you're just cruising, theyr'e kinda gummy when you're doing tricks. a jack-of-all-trades-master-of-none type of wheel What are their strengths?: when you break them into sliding, they're REALLY fast and controllable. if earthwing slide a's feel "glassy", then noskoolz feel really fluid. a little more controlled, but you can really pinpoint any slide you try. What similar equipment have you ridden?: Earthwing Slide A's, Spitfire Numero Uno wheels Would you recommend them?: Yes

To Slide or Not To Slide, Sunday, 06 July 2008 Written by Anjo K - View all my reviews - Top 100 Reviewer Aside from that they are incredibly predictable once you've been sliding them for a while, which really helps with getting your timing right angling into slides on narrow hills as you know up until which point you can trust them to hold. Equipment Reviews How long have you ridden them?: 2 MonthsWhat Setup are you running them on?: 60mm 98a on a Flex 2 Loaded Dervish - Bones Reds W/Spacer 65mm 96a on a Flex 1 Loaded Dervish - Biltins Bearings Both with Gullwing Charger 10" trucks Typical Discepline?: Sliding How much did you pay for them?: £35 for the 60mm in the UK, $36 for the 65mm in the USA Where did you buy them?: Antenna Studios (UK) & Daddies (USA) What are their weaknesses?: Unrideable unless being used for sliding down a hill or picking up speed to, you guessed it, slide down a hill (not really a weakness as that's all I use them for) What are their strengths?: Centerset for rotation in the unlikely event of coning. Break grip with ease for sliding. After 5 days of 4 hours sessions on WT they showed no signs of wear at all, coupled with Biltins the wheels failed to flat spot even with extended parallel sliding for distances up to 4 metres. What similar equipment have you ridden?: I've tried Gravity Super Sliders (72mm 96a) Terrible wheels, I just gave up on dedicated 70mm+ sliding wheels & ordered the 65mm No Skoolz Would you recommend them?: Yes
