Michael Stefaun's new Pro Deck from Pool Kings is bringing the bling!  Look at that thing!  Click it to visit the site.

Stefaun's roots are in street skating. Therefore, it's only natural that his pool shape closely resembles the traditional, double-end, twin tip shape that so many street decks incorporate. Michael's Pool King deck is constructed using polymer composites and 5 plys of hard rock maple veneers. Pool Kings claim these are 8 ounces lighter than standard 7 ply wood decks of the same size and shape and retain their "pop" for a longer time as well.

Overall, I would say they feel like a mix between conventional style trucks, and reverse kingpin trucks. They have the turning and agility of a reverse kingpin, but the smoothness and predictability of a conventional truck. I can pretty much say that I'll be getting these instead of Randals from now on.
Equipment Reviews
How long have you ridden them?: A few hours
What Setup are you running them on?: I rode them on a LBL Ono. It was set up with yellow stims.
Typical Discepline?: General cruising, mild downhill
What are their weaknesses?: Not many weaknesses from my experience. Some may find the 150 width too narrow for higher speed.
What are their strengths?: Ultra smooth turning. I have never rode trucks that felt as smooth as these. The stimulator bushings may have helped with this though. They were also very easy to pump, not the best pumpers, but they were certainly good.
Would you recommend them?: Yes
