Newsflash

Pocket Pistol's B. "Chicken" Deck is all over the import industry's use of heat-transfer graphics to boards.  Sure, he's a silk-screen traditionalist (and one of the best), but there's more to this than just gripin':  heat breaks down epoxy and the boards get hot!

You wont regret purchasing this deck!
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: 6 months
What is your setup like?: Ive got mine set up with Randal 180's/tracker hourglasses/pink gummies
Typical Session Discipline: downhill/carving/cruising
How much did you pay?: got it before scott raised the prices-around $190. A Seal!
Where did you purchase it?: from scott at the website listed
What were the strengths of the deck.: An awesome downhill board, but is very versitile because it can be carved nicely with fear od the board hitting asphalt on the bottom. It also looks damn purty with my custom "fire-fade" stain and hurricane grip-job
What were the weaknesses?: um.......you cant use it as a dedicated sliding board?jeez, theres really nothing that this board cant do that it isnt supposed to.
Similar decks you have ridden?: none compare.
Would you recommend it?: Yes

Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: about a year
What is your setup like?: 1/2 inch risers/white khiro barrels/retro bertz.
Typical Session Discipline: cruising, bert sliding, killing time
How much did you pay?: arouund 120 complete
Where did you purchase it?: Local Skateshop
What were the strengths of the deck.: Its small and easy to carry, pretty versitile, and an all around fun-board to have.
What were the weaknesses?: not a lot of nose on the deck. Other than that, nothing.
Similar decks you have ridden?: Sector 9 make a mini bamboo board very similar to this called the "bambino", but that deck is not nearly as durable as the mini-classic.
Would you recommend it?: Yes

Truly a carving machine.
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: 2 years
What is your setup like?: I run OLD 149mm Tracker B-52's, supposedly these perform slightly better than the newer tracker B-2's. Blue/white khiro barrels all around,1/2 angled risers, with some 78a sector 9 GOS to round it out.
Typical Session Discipline: CARVING, with a little drifting(its hard not to on this board)
How much did you pay?: bought it off ebay fo $76
Where did you purchase it?: Egay
What were the strengths of the deck.: great for cruising, carving, and drifting.
What were the weaknesses?: i find that this board could be a little wider(but i have big feet, so this may not be an issue for most).I also dont like the fact that it tapers a little to much toward the back trucks, making it harder to weight the back truck and keep from drifing to far. However thats what makes this board a great drifting board i guess. I also believe that this deck goes much better with trackers, so if your a diehard randal fan, this deck may not be for you. However, some do prefer randals, its a ll a preferance thing. If you do get randels get 150's so they dont stick out and you get footbite.
Similar decks you have ridden?: original 45, though it doesnt nearly compare to this board
Would you recommend it?: Yes
