If you can ride new school holes, get the Paris, they are turnier, and more stable. If your old school, get Randals with abishing replacement kit. These are innovative, but they still suck.
Equipment Reviews
How long have you ridden them?: 7 months
What Setup are you running them on?: Landyachtz Wedge Flex, 72mm Sector 9s, Speed Metal Abec 7.
Typical Discepline?: Ditch, cruising, bombing
How much did you pay for them?: 50
Where did you buy them?: Daddies Board Shop
What are their weaknesses?: They lock too quickly, they are way too tall, they are not as turny as Paris can get, they are hella unstable after 30, and they CANNOT Be worked on. And they scrape hard when you drag them.
What are their strengths?: They turn, kinda, and look pretty.
What similar equipment have you ridden?: Randal 180
Paris 180
Bear 852

Would you recommend them?: No

They only fit new school, but soon they will fit more. These are some beautiful, strong trucks, and you get hardware and risers for 5 bucks less than modified randals would cost. Not to mention the litetime warranty.
Equipment Reviews
How long have you ridden them?: 5 months
What Setup are you running them on?: Loaded Vanguard, Black Panther Abec 7, Abec 11 Gumballs
Typical Discepline?: Ditch, Cruising, bombing
How much did you pay for them?: 45
Where did you buy them?: Daddies Board Shop
What are their weaknesses?: These are hard to get tight enough for riders over 170 for them to be able to go over 35 safely.
What are their strengths?: They turn better than the randalls, they are better looking, they fit better, they come with riser pads, they are cheaper and better than revenge, and they are way more stable than a randal with a similar bushing.
What similar equipment have you ridden?: Randal r2 180's
Bear 852's
Revenge Alpha II's
Gullwings

Would you recommend them?: Yes

If you are gonna get a pintail, get this one, it is better than any pin on the market, and it will last much, much longer. If you want true flex, go for loaded, you want stable, go DH Landyachtz. But if your gonna have one board, I can't say this is a bad call.
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: 5 months
What is your setup like?: Randal 180's with modded bushings, 1/8 inch risers, Satori 76mm Northern lights, FKD Abec 7.
Typical Session Discipline: Ditch, DH, Cruising
How much did you pay?: 210
Where did you purchase it?: Daddies Board Shop
What were the strengths of the deck.: It is not so flexy that it gets the loaded speed hops, but it can carve like a freak, and is extremely stable for a cruiser. It fits the surf ride well due to the increase in front end turning. It also gives larger riders a nice firm stance. And this board is easy to drag from the back
What were the weaknesses?: It is a pintail, and it is a little more cambered than high end bombers, but as far as a longboard goes, it really has nothing terribly wrong with it.
Similar decks you have ridden?: Gravity Carve
Sector 9 bamboo
Flexdex pro 40
Creation 40
Any 43 inch pintail is similar

Would you recommend it?: Yes

I definately feel this is one of the best beginner boards, especially if you don't want us more experienced riders to through you down hills to watch you biff, because this board is really stable when standing even if you are tall, and it can be made agile enough with modified randals or bears, but if Paris puts out there old school hole pattern, get those.
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: 4 months
What is your setup like?: Bear 852's with blue khiro bushings. swiss original, Satori 80mm Big Buds.
Typical Session Discipline: Ditch, Cruising, DH
How much did you pay?: 300-ish
Where did you purchase it?: Koa Nalu Surf Shop
What were the strengths of the deck.: For riders that are around 5'6" and shorter, it is comfortably stable for snything. For the larger riders, it can be made very agile quickly, it has a symmetrical, snowboard style feel, and is nice and comfy wide. Also, it is a drag board, and has a drop about half and inch higher than the dh race.
What were the weaknesses?: Speedbumps can kill this thing. It is shorter than most drops and is uncomfortable for a race crouch if you are over 5'6", and it can wobble like hell if you try to use it and you are tall. It is a little odd in that it has no end changes, so it really holds equal turning and is not to comfy for those used to surf style Landyachtz.
Similar decks you have ridden?: Landyachtz Evo- better for dh and surf style freeride
LAndyachtz DH- thinner and longer, also lower, not as agile

Would you recommend it?: Yes
