Bottom line, if you want a flexy deck that is a blast to ride get the Descent. If the performance of this board doesnt set it apart, the quality will. I give huge props to the never summer factory for putting so much into this deck. I dont know anything about making boards, but it cant get better than this. The 3 year warranty isnt just a marketing ploy, this board will seriously last 3 years of hard riding every day. And the Ptex nose guards are a big plus.

Never Summer was obviously thinking about a loaded killer when they designed this deck, and they succeeded.
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: 1 weekend
What is your setup like?: The complete from ns.com
Power Flex model, Paris Blk Blk 180, NS 72x78 red

Typical Session Discipline: campus cruising, late to class speed kicking, carving, parking garages
How much did you pay?: 230$
Where did you purchase it?: neversummer.com
What were the strengths of the deck.: The agility is unbelievable. It hooks and carves with confidence. The fit and finish is unlike any board ive seen, and backed with 3 year warranty. Super light weight, easy to carry in class. I noticed it goes faster when i push than other decks, great energy transfer.
What were the weaknesses?: Im used to a kicktail, this one doesnt have much behind the trucks. a little chattery when on bumpy pavement, because of flex and light weight.
Similar decks you have ridden?: Loaded Vanny
Would you recommend it?: Yes
