Reviews written by L0N3_R1D3R my TANK, Friday, 05 September 2008 Longboard Review How long have you ridden the board: 1 monthWhat is your setup like?: spliff, 180 gullwing chargers, bone red bearings, and 75mm avila (65mm wide) Typical Session Discipline: pumping cruising downhill trafiic-slalom How much did you pay?: $250 (had bearings) Where did you purchase it?: HOMAGE skate shop (brooklyn) What were the strengths of the deck.: the adjustable wheel base and the nice little tail it has. the upturned nose lowers the front for pushing (regular)and it helps. the design is beautiful and light weight for easy maneuverability. super stable downhill, but that is a personal experience. can reach great speeds with this when in traffic and it retains speed well. What were the weaknesses?: i get wheel bite with these super thick wheels and had to make wheel wells personally. considering a asking bustin to make it a drop-thur. unequal levels where the front trucks are mounted and the back trucks are mounted, uncomfortable going switch. although it doesn't really have flex, its still a rather good board. Would you recommend it?: Yes << Start < Prev 1 Next > End >> Results 1 - 1 of 1 |
