Reviews written by Roflkerb All Around Great Board, Friday, 23 May 2008 Longboard Review How long have you ridden the board: About 5 monthsWhat is your setup like?: I ride gumballs with randle 2 180's. Typical Session Discipline: Carving Hills, Cruising, Dancing How much did you pay?: $240 Where did you purchase it?: Loadedboards.com What were the strengths of the deck.: The board is extremely agile. With the flex of it you're able to turn on a dime and maintain a steady pump for a good amount of time. And dancing isn't a problem once you get use to the flex-- it makes it all the better! I also couldn't ask for a better carving board with such an all around personality. What were the weaknesses?: It's hard to think of weaknesses for this board. Maybe it's hard to get use to the flex at first-- but past that it's the best board I've ever ridden. Similar decks you have ridden?: Loaded Dervish Would you recommend it?: Yes LBL Dancer, Wednesday, 16 April 2008 Longboard Review How long have you ridden the board: 4 MonthsWhat is your setup like?: Blue Dancer, Randal R2-180, Bitlin Bearings, Abec 11 Gumballs Typical Session Discipline: Dancing and Crusing How much did you pay?: 300 Where did you purchase it?: LBL What were the strengths of the deck.: Great Board and awesome stability, really good for learning to dance and do all the other board tricks What were the weaknesses?: Half-Decent carving board if you REALLY lean into the Turns, but has a very low turing radius and low speeds Similar decks you have ridden?: None Would you recommend it?: Yes << Start < Prev 1 Next > End >> Results 1 - 2 of 2 |
