Michael Stefaun's new Pro Deck from Pool Kings is bringing the bling!  Look at that thing!  Click it to visit the site.

Stefaun's roots are in street skating. Therefore, it's only natural that his pool shape closely resembles the traditional, double-end, twin tip shape that so many street decks incorporate. Michael's Pool King deck is constructed using polymer composites and 5 plys of hard rock maple veneers. Pool Kings claim these are 8 ounces lighter than standard 7 ply wood decks of the same size and shape and retain their "pop" for a longer time as well.

great beginner front for slalom. but to really get some quickness, youll have to swap out bushings.
Equipment Reviews
How long have you ridden them?: 2 years
What Setup are you running them on?: i used to run them as a front of a roe bottelrocket, axe, and insect gs.
Typical Discepline?: slalom
What are their weaknesses?: the ones i had came with short axels. and the "wings" near the pivot wore away the pivot cup, so there was quiet a bit of slop.
What are their strengths?: a 2.25 inch kingpin! oldschool mounts.
Would you recommend them?: Yes

great solid truck. for that carvy feel for a decent price, its all about the gnarly pivot.
Equipment Reviews
How long have you ridden them?: about 4 years
What Setup are you running them on?: 149 darts on my hypercarve lite. 149 b2 on the timeline (-5/+14). rt-x offset on the back of the axe. 129 rt-s on the back of insect (-5)
Typical Discepline?: slalom, pumping, carving
What are their weaknesses?: some of mine came with pretty short theads on the axles. so youd have to constantly check the nuts.
What are their strengths?: bent pivots rule for that slow progressive turn.
Would you recommend them?: Yes

the 45 deg geometry is a perfect balance between stability and carvibility.

How long have you ridden them?: 2 years-ish?
What Setup are you running them on?: as a front on my voodoo. and as a rear on my s9 race.
Typical Discepline?: dh
What are their weaknesses?: the kingpin hole in the base is a little wide, so the kingpin likes to rattle around if youre bushings arent snug.
What are their strengths?: great geometry. also, theres a lot of room around the bushing seats in the hanger. so the bushings arent nearly as restricted.
Would you recommend them?: Yes

the evo turns super smooth because of it ball pivot, and them stock bushings arent bad either. i swear they feel like indy reds. it uses a more standardized hex head kingpin, so it can be easily swapped.
Equipment Reviews
How long have you ridden them?: six months
What Setup are you running them on?: front of my gs setup. +15deg wedging.
Typical Discepline?: gs
What are their weaknesses?: short ass threading on the axels.
What are their strengths?: super smooth turning with the machined ball pivot.
Would you recommend them?: Yes

great slalom front, amazing feel. and the indy design has been around for decades, so they must be doing something right.
Equipment Reviews
How long have you ridden them?: two years
What Setup are you running them on?: 101s on on the front of my slaler. 169s on my s9 pin.
Typical Discepline?: slalom and speed carver
What are their weaknesses?: the new stage 9 plates suck, because it uses that button type kingpin. so you can easily swap out for a longer one.
What are their strengths?: on the 101s they just have a very unique feel to them. super quick turning with a decent amount to lean.
Would you recommend them?: Yes
