Reviews written by Wabe All-around greatness, Sunday, 04 February 2007 Longboard Review How long have you ridden the board: 1 monthWhat is your setup like?: Force c7's (Jimz bushings)Gumballs 81abones swiss Typical Session Discipline: Carving, bombing, commuting How much did you pay?: Board $100 complete $250 Where did you purchase it?: Landyachtz site What were the strengths of the deck.: It is 9ply so it is kinda flexy for my 107 pounds, it is very well built and the concave really lock you in. The board can carve really nice and the wedge is a nice 5 degrees. This board can carve casue its got a semi short wheelbase and casue of the wedge, it can bomb cause its drop-thur and pretty stable, and it can comute cause its miduim size, light and low. What were the weaknesses?: The drop thur hole on my board is a little bit off but its not a big deal, the board is a little weak cause of the drop-thru and can get damaged pretty easily. Similar decks you have ridden?: Top wedge The do-it-all truck, Sunday, 04 February 2007 Equipment Reviews How long have you ridden them?: 1 weekWhat Setup are you running them on?: Drop WedgeGumballs 81abones swissblack 80a jimz bushings Typical Discepline?: carving, downhill How much did you pay for them?: 65 dollars Where did you buy them?: Milehighskates What are their weaknesses?: Seem a little bit weak, get scraped easily. What are their strengths?: They take a lot of lean to turn but if you ride them loose its easy to turn it and I personaly like the lean. they are very stable and are easy to keep in a strait line and really can carve, they can turn around in a street. I find with my forces I can carve tighter than my randal 180s that were setup with bones medium bushings. What similar equipment have you ridden?: Randal 180s Would you recommend them?: Yes << Start < Prev 1 Next > End >> Results 1 - 2 of 2 |
