Reviews written by alaskannoob pure awesomeness, there are no better words., Wednesday, 25 February 2009 The graphic I have is not nearly as nice as the one pictured above, I have the hell-train design, it's OK though. *I've been afraid to use the tail for kick turns because of the cut-out. The tail seems solid enough, but I really just can't risk hurting my baby. Longboard Review How long have you ridden the board: a month of nonstop lovin'What is your setup like?: 181mm Bear Grizzly 852's, 0.13" Khiro Small Shock Pad Risers, Bones REDS Bearings, 77a or 80a 75mm Retro Big Zigs (Lime) Typical Session Discipline: downhill, freeride, grociery runs How much did you pay?: $267.95 for complete Where did you purchase it?: https://www.muirsurf.com/ What were the strengths of the deck.: thumb-hole is convenient for draging up-hill, but it's not to much trouble to just throw it over your shoulder and carry it. The board is extremely solid, definately could take a beating. (not that you'd want it to) hardly any wobbles even with the trucks loose (haven't had to tighten them yet) and corners like a dream What were the weaknesses?: I'll update this review when I find one, but to date, there are none.* Similar decks you have ridden?: none Would you recommend it?: Yes pure awesomeness, there are no better words., Wednesday, 25 February 2009 *I've been afraid to use the tail for kick turns because of the cut-out.
