I highly recommend this deck for someone looking for a fun dh board (40-50 mph, technical runs) that can also be fun to cruise around on.
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: 6 months
What is your setup like?: Randals with 35* boaseplates, karrot bushings, BigZigz
Typical Session Discipline: Speedboarding, fast cruising, freestyle
How much did you pay?: 150
Where did you purchase it?: daddies
What were the strengths of the deck.: Kebbek boards are tanks! Best construction and durability you can get with a wood deck. Moderately stable and very maneuverable especially with speed. Feels very solid under my feet and gives me that "locked in" feeling,
What were the weaknesses?: Stability becomes an issue after about 50 mph especially with non-DH tuned trucks. As with any wood (or any board at all) it is beneficial to put some sort of bumper on the nose and tail so not to chip off pieces. Also due to the nose wedging it can't be ridden backwards well.
Similar decks you have ridden?: none ... yet
Would you recommend it?: Yes

A great wheel for the right occasion but rather pricey in my opinion.
Equipment Reviews
How long have you ridden them?: 4 days
What Setup are you running them on?: Kebbek Jon Caften, the old randals with karrot bushings, rock'n ron stage two's
Typical Discepline?: Downhill
How much did you pay for them?: $76
Where did you buy them?: Daddies
What are their weaknesses?: Super chattery, In an attempt to see how they would take to a pendy they chattered to the point to make my feet slide across the board so i eventually came to a stop with my ankles on the deck. In addition that pendy seemed to take a bit of material off the lip of the wheels on the toe side
What are their strengths?: Pretty fast and super sticky! They don't drift well but they stick well enough that it really isn't a problem if you can adapt your riding style to them. They require a bit of accuracy through turns, if you don't distribute your weight right they scuff off more speed then other wheels but when you get the turn good the rebound off of them is incredible.
What similar equipment have you ridden?: alligators and big zigs, also have ridden flywheels, flashbacks, fu manchus, and some sector 9 wheels
Would you recommend them?: Yes
