Reviews written by goodcharlotte_fan13 I like the board, Saturday, 29 August 2009 Longboard Review How long have you ridden the board: about a weekWhat is your setup like?: Bustin cigar, Randal 180 mm trucks with stock bushings, orangatang 83 a stimulus wheels bones reds bearings. Typical Session Discipline: Cruising speeds up 2 25 miles per hour sometimes 30 How much did you pay?: 208$ Where did you purchase it?: bustinboards.com What were the strengths of the deck.: The Camber feels great on your feet even if the deck has no concave. With randals and my orangatangs with the stock risers i got its perfect height for pushing. Its also very stable but can still turn some and it all depends on how tight you have your trucks What were the weaknesses?: The website recommended no wheels OVER 70 mm so i got 70mm stimulus wheels intending to cruise and slide but i cant cus this board gets WHEELBITE! So unfortunately ive fallen a couple times and im going to have to buy higher risers. Similar decks you have ridden?: not similer but sector nines some with sidewinders and some with mission trucks. Original apex 37 original malakai 40 Would you recommend it?: Yes MY FAVORITE TRUCKS!, Saturday, 01 August 2009 Equipment Reviews How long have you ridden them?: Ive ridden my friends for about 3 monthsWhat Setup are you running them on?: My friends apex 37 s8 trucks 70 mm kryptonic wheels stock bearings (which arnt good) And my friends torpedo 40 s6 trucks 70 mm kryptonic wheels stock bearings Typical Discepline?: cruising carving and speeds up to 25 miles per hour so far.` How much did you pay for them?: they came stock with the boards Where did you buy them?: originalskateboards website What are their weaknesses?: Im 100 pounds so they are fine for me. People say theyr too wobbly but if you tighten them to where you can push as hard as you can yet your still stable theyr perfect. What are their strengths?: Easy to maintain and you can use allen keys or a wrench thing to tighten or loosen. you can also buy heavier springs if your a heavier rider. On spring for each truck so you dont have to worry about if tightening to springs the same for each truck. What similar equipment have you ridden?: Ive ridden 3 different sector nines one had sidewinder trucks but i dont know bout the others. Would you recommend them?: Yes << Start < Prev 1 Next > End >> Results 1 - 2 of 2 |
