This one is the board I grab first every time. Turns hard anywhere. I think the bamboo/fiberglass construction and multiple flex options are brilliant. I wish everyone thought like Loaded on this!
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: 8 months
What is your setup like?: 150 Randals, Red 66mm Zig Zags
Typical Session Discipline: Downhill Carving
What were the strengths of the deck.: Maneuverability. Great snap out of each turn. The sharpish edges help you grip the board when you are turning hard. Camber and concave are just right.
What were the weaknesses?: The sand grip setup in theory is a good idea, but is wearing quickly. I wouldn't care not seeing the bamboo top sheet covered in a grip that lasts.
Similar decks you have ridden?: Loaded Vanguard
Would you recommend it?: Yes

I drilled two extra holes to increase the wheelbase and flex. I might do two more and push the rear truck completely to the rear. I've yet to try dewedging the rear truck to calm it down a bit. You can easily turn the thing out from under you, especially at speed. Ankle movements need to be very precise once the speed increases. Seems to be most comfortable below 15 mph. This was my first board. Fun, but not my favorite.
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: 1 year
What is your setup like?: As recommended with the S-10 Truck. Has had 70mm Kryptonics on it mostly.
Typical Session Discipline: Downhill Carving
How much did you pay?: $150 without wheels
Where did you purchase it?: Original
What were the strengths of the deck.: Turns like mad. I like the shape of the deck for the front foot.
What were the weaknesses?: I wish the rear was wider for the rear foot. Not crazy about the graphics, liked the older flower graphic better. Deck really is nothing special, wish it was flexier. Trucks can easily overwhelm what the wheels can grip. Back slides a lot.
Similar decks you have ridden?: Lush Samba
Would you recommend it?: Undecided

I had drilled two extra holes at the tail so the rear truck wasn't over the bend area of the tail. Set up this way it was too flexy for my 160 lbs. and bottoms out when you pump and is more prone to slide. Maybe it's the width of my stance, but I often have trouble getting as much traction in the turns as I want. It feels like the Seismics can be pushed to the point where they overwhelm the traction of the wheels. I can ride my Loaded Pin harder with more stick and less slide.
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: 1 month. Did 15 miles downhill nonstop the other day.
What is your setup like?: As recommended with the Seismics and white springs. It's had 81 Grippins on it mostly.
Typical Session Discipline: Downhil Caving
How much did you pay?: $100 for the deck, already had trucks and wheels
Where did you purchase it?: Geoskates
What were the strengths of the deck.: I love the concave of the front foot area. Good size and shape. The thing does turn, though I don't know if I'm a real fan of the way the Seismics feel compared to a bushing truck. Great graphics.
What were the weaknesses?: I don't like the extra kicktail area since I never use one. Rear truck is drilled right in the bend of the tails' angled area, and required 2 soft risers to mount the truck over this bend. Not very flexy.
Similar decks you have ridden?: Original Custom 45
Would you recommend it?: Yes
