I would highly recommend this board for any level rider, it is a great starter board but also an awesome one to add to the quiver! an extremely versatile board, and once you swap out the bushings and kingpin it can hold its own with the best of the boards. definitely a good commuter board, i use it at college, but also days out hitting hills it stays at the top of the pack
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: 6 months
What is your setup like?: 76mm Abec 11 Gumballs (81A), Bones Super Swiss 6 bearings, crail trucks, Sabre (88A) bushings, 3" kingpin.
Typical Session Discipline: Cruising, downhill, messing around, anything really
How much did you pay?: 230
Where did you purchase it?: bustinboards.com
What were the strengths of the deck.: Low to the ground makes you feel comfortable in hard turns, great for pushing because it is low, flexy but not super flexy which makes it great for downhill, kicktail amazing for manuals and shove its, 180 slides are a breeze once you figure them out!
What were the weaknesses?: stock bushings on crails weren't good for carving, upgrading to some sabre bushings with a 3" kingpin changed my complete view of the board. it livened up so much. the front and rear of the board can get pretty dinged up from hitting curbs
Similar decks you have ridden?: haven't really ridden anything similar
Would you recommend it?: Yes
