Dropped deck with CNCed cut outs for drop through. This board is cut out for one truck only, so choose the trucks you want first then buy the deck to suit the trucks.
Lowered platform makes pushing along and foot braking easier.
Instead of the board tipping over to turn like a top mounted deck, the riding platform on this is level with the pivot point of the trucks. This gives the feeling of being cradled a bit more in the turns.
It feels very solid and stable and you can put huge wheels on it without worrying about wheelbite.
Unlike some other Kebbek models the Flushcut doesnt have an angled nose and tail. The geometry of the trucks will not be altered by the board. This also means you can ride it either forwards or backwards.
Riding a board like this will really put a smile on your face.
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: 6 months
What is your setup like?: Crails and Flywheels with Biltin bearings
Typical Session Discipline: This is a downhill board, but I use it as a cruiser.
How much did you pay?: A lot more than in Canada and the US
Where did you purchase it?: Cre8ive Sk8 Queensland Australia
What were the strengths of the deck.: This is a solid feeling board. Having the trucks mounted drop through and solidly locked into the CNCed cutouts feels fantastic.
What were the weaknesses?: Its quite heavy (compared to a pintail for example). You cant really opt for other trucks once you have the deck.
Would you recommend it?: Yes
