What are their strengths?: extremely fast and grippy on smooth concrete, but ya gotta get the 101s, the 95s are a bit sluggish What similar equipment have you ridden?: Bones spf, mini cubics Would you recommend them?: Yes i've found my fav board, Thursday, 29 March 2007 Longboard Review How long have you ridden the board: 4 monthsWhat is your setup like?: indi 169s, bones black bushings, powel sf bowlbombers, and bones red bearings, and shock pads Typical Session Discipline: Park/bowl skating How much did you pay?: $65 Where did you purchase it?: directly from earthwing What were the strengths of the deck.: the size of the nose and tail makes it a much more stabel feel in the park, the thermo plastic layer, along with only being 5 ply gives it much more pop, every person i've had ride it can olie at least 3 inches higher than normal on it. the concave also just makes me feel completely locked in when carving through the bowl, also, this thing can take a beating, i am not nice to my boards and have thrown it hard when bailing and it is still totaly solid when most boards would have chiped at least a little by now What were the weaknesses?: I havnt found one yet Similar decks you have ridden?: Black label - lots of veriouse ones, blanks, antihero, blind, pps hosoi reissue (kinda simular in a round about way i guess) Would you recommend it?: Yes holey's are rad (sorry dumb title), Wednesday, 28 March 2007 Equipment Reviews How long have you ridden them?: almost a yearWhat Setup are you running them on?: a homemade 47 inch pintail Typical Discepline?: light downhill, carving and transportation How much did you pay for them?: 65$ Where did you buy them?: Milehigh skates What are their weaknesses?: i honestly havn't found a weekness What are their strengths?: they carve better and deaper than randals and are more stable at higher speeds What similar equipment have you ridden?: randals, indis Would you recommend them?: Yes << Start < Prev 1 Next > End >> Results 1 - 3 of 3 |
