Reviews written by monk Amazing board !, Wednesday, 24 September 2008 I own several boards, and this board has quickly become my favorite. However with any drop through board the nose and tail will be weaker. Don't buy this board expecting do drop off curbs and hit walls. I do suggest making some sort of bumpers for the nose and tail. Great board however. Feels like a playful Evo, or maybe a very stable and stiff wedge flex, with killer concave. Amazing drifter, thanks concave. Longboard Review How long have you ridden the board: 1 monthWhat is your setup like?: Drop wedge deck, paris trucks, gumballs and biltin bearings. Typical Session Discipline: Carving, downhill, slides. How much did you pay?: around 200 total (custom setup) Where did you purchase it?: longboardstore.com and others What were the strengths of the deck.: Great shape. Stable however very agile. Great all around deck. Nice and stiff for downhill, however just enough flex for carving. Pretty light actually. Great feel. Great, although simple graphics. What were the weaknesses?: Drop through mounts where cut a little inconsistent, although a minor complaint. The deck could have used thicker nose and tail for more durability. Also some fiberglass for overall durability would have helped. Similar decks you have ridden?: The wedge flex, evo. << Start < Prev 1 Next > End >> Results 1 - 1 of 1 |
