the customer service provide is top notch. mark is active on silverfish, talking with the community, updating everyone. its very helpful and smart. he also answers all your questions about products with very fast emails. the store variety is decent but not huge. i think that is because he stocks good quality equipment and as it is purchased, since he keeps the site up to date with inventory, you see less availability of more expensive items like decks, etc. i do wish that there were more detail of the products on the page, maybe user reviews or something. price is top notch. very competitive; and then there are things like bucksaver completes that blow everything out of the water. cheap is the word. very good pricing on gear. stoke is over the top with the customer service and generosity. the shipping is quick, i think someone else mentioned its fedex which is on average a day faster. responsiveness to the community is very high because mark is active and listening to people. he is also very responsive to communication via email and very knowledgeable of all the products he sells. plus if you have questions he can and will answer them. lots of words

i would like to add that i am about 135 lbs so thats why im running the venomy cones like i am. i had a red barrel bottom (lulz) yellow conetop as my bushing setup and it was also very sweet. the double cones are super turny. i might change it. this board is sweet though! set it up to do what you want, it will not let you down :D
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: several months
What is your setup like?: chargers with venom cones (red bottom yellow top), dbs bearings i think, 76mm freeride hawgs
Typical Session Discipline: slides, carves, cruises, speedy hill decents.
How much did you pay?: 250ish or something
Where did you purchase it?: different places. daddies i mostly
What were the strengths of the deck.: the size makes it easy to take everywhere. i like the tail for sweet slashes and fun time turning. the concave is sweet and allows for your feet to be locked into the nice wide board. low to the ground thanks to the drop through design making pushing a bit easier.
What were the weaknesses?: tail can get worn down. perhaps a tailbone guard? i dunno. i also dont like that the truck dropthrough cutout doesnt fit paris or randal trucks. annoying.
Similar decks you have ridden?: hmmmmmm, i cant think of any.
Would you recommend it?: Yes

What were the strengths of the deck.: really light, and easily transportable. fun to kick around on anyplace anytime. its just a fun time

i really dig this board. a session on it is really fun and relaxing. plenty of foot room for a variety of dancing, nice nose and tail for manuals, and makes for a consitantly good ride.
if someone were to inquire, "mtn. should i get the lbl osd or should i get somethin else?" i would respond, "get the osd. of course."
i think that sums it up :D
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: 3 months

Typical Session Discipline: some dancing, carving, and dancing
How much did you pay?: about 250 or something

What were the strengths of the deck.: plenty of room for the dance. solid construction. i ran it into some gutter edges and its still doing fine. thanks to the nose guard. it is just really fluid and comfortable underneath. confidence inspiring.
What were the weaknesses?: heavy. also its hard to fit in some vehicles. takes alot of grip.
Similar decks you have ridden?: none :(
Would you recommend it?: Yes
