Newsflash

Chris Chaput's just released some insight to where his Abec 11 and Retro wheel lines are going for 2010.  Yep, that's a green FreeRide you're seeing and not a Striker.

In fact, Strikers just became "rare and collectible" for the eBay crowd.  Click the pic to jump over and get the inside line, only on the 'Fish.

Good all around board, although flatland travel is a little lacking, still amazing though
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: About 3 months
What is your setup like?: Battle Axe, 9" Gullwing Chargers, 66mm Retro Zig-Zags, Bone Swiss Labyrinth Bearings.
Typical Session Discipline: Downhill carving, flatland cruising, Downhill slaloming (Parking Garage Sessions)
How much did you pay?: 130$
Where did you purchase it?: The Sonoma Longboard Store
What were the strengths of the deck.: The concave deck makes for really good downhill carving, and the thickness supports you well when going down hills. It is supposed to be low to the ground, but i bought chargers instead of the regular bear trucks so i had to jack mine up, but pumping is still a dream.
What were the weaknesses?: Its a little cumbersome when you first get the deck but after you work the bushings in, and get used to the way the deck moves it carves fine.
Similar decks you have ridden?: Nothing else.
Would you recommend it?: Yes
