Reviews written by rickshaw I'm a fan., Friday, 03 July 2009 There was a massive overload of orders when i ordered mine and i had to wait a couple extra days because Bustin was waiting on a new Randal shipment, I was never worried because the Bustin crew kept me updated. They ley me know when my board was done, that they were waiting on a shipment, gave me the option to switch to trucks they had in stock, and that it would be sent out ASAP when the trucks came in. Greatest customer service in any industry. My buddy from Colorado came into town a while back, and gave my Strike a try on the cart paths and loved it. It had everything he needed in a longboard for his typical sessions back home in Snowmass. He's not a DH'er so he had a blast throwing this thing into carves and dropping sick controlled manuals. All in all, I'd completely recommend this board for anyone in search of a great commuter-cruiser-carver. You can store it under your desk at work, in the closet, or just lean it against the wall with your sick custom graphics showing. Longboard Review How long have you ridden the board: 3-4 MonthsWhat is your setup like?: Strike, Black 42* R2s, Bustin Boca wheels, stock bearings. Typical Session Discipline: Cruise/commute, garage, golf courses at night How much did you pay?: $225 out the door, free shipping, free shirt. Where did you purchase it?: www.bustinboards.com What were the strengths of the deck.: I love how the concave locks my foot in when pushing and both feet in when digging deep into carves. It's maneuverable and quick to dodge humans and cars. Not to heavy and easy to throw into turns. What were the weaknesses?: If I'm not paying full attention i can catch my foot on the rear wheel in turns. Similar decks you have ridden?: none Would you recommend it?: Yes << Start < Prev 1 Next > End >> Results 1 - 1 of 1 |
