Use a 45 degree truck in the front and a 30 in the back, and you'll have incredible traction through turns and at high speeds.
Equipment Reviews
How long have you ridden them?: 2 months
What Setup are you running them on?: Flex 3 loaded pintail, 77mm seismic speedvents, bones swiss bearings w/spacers.
Typical Discepline?: Distance pumping for this setup
How much did you pay for them?: Theyre around $60 retail
Where did you buy them?: Straight from the man himself
What are their weaknesses?: If you don't like to maintain your board, they're not for you. You need to pay attention to the main pivot pin every few days of riding, as it's essential for the function of eliminating turning slop. The springs that are included may be too stiff for lighter riders
What are their strengths?: These trucks are the most stable straight line trucks i've ever ridden, and yet you can have a wicked tight turning raduis. They do have a bumpy ride on rough pavement, but thats actually good, as you maintain way more precise control of your steering path at high speeds, rather than the hangar bouncing all over the place. I freaking love these trucks for pumping and speed.
What similar equipment have you ridden?: no other trucks have a similar design. ive ridden randals, trackers, independents, gullwings, etc.
Would you recommend them?: Yes

I've ridden Bones Swiss in every type of longboard/skateboard i've ever ridden (pumping, sliding, speed, slalom) and they've never let me down. There are better bearings I'm sure, such as sin systems, but for $40 a set they're worth the money.
Equipment Reviews
How long have you ridden them?: I've been riding bones swiss for years
What Setup are you running them on?: I run them in my speedboard, pumping board, and tight slalom board, along with any slide boards i ride.
Typical Discepline?: Endurance longboarding
How much did you pay for them?: $40/set
Where did you buy them?: Modern Skate and Surf
What are their weaknesses?: Shields smash very easily, use an axel with speed rings or a bearing press to install these bearings. as with any bearing, clean before lubing.
What are their strengths?: Very very fast bearing if properly installed with bearing spacers and speed rings. I've never had a bearing "go bad" on me in the 6 sets im currently riding.
What similar equipment have you ridden?: Bones reds are pretty solid if you dont have the extra $20 to rock swiss.
Would you recommend them?: Yes
