Reviews written by stringtheory 44" Black Supercharger, Tuesday, 11 September 2007 Longboard Review How long have you ridden the board: A few weeksWhat is your setup like?: R-II 180's, 70mm 78a Superballs Typical Session Discipline: Carving, Downhill, Cruising How much did you pay?: $197. U.S. Where did you purchase it?: thelongboardstore.com What were the strengths of the deck.: Excellent concave and shape. I thought the construction, workmanship and materials were amazing. Perfect flex for my weight (174 lbs). I really liked the 31" wheelbase on the 44" deck. It's very agile yet feels as stable as longer boards. I really dug the tail, it's not just for show. What were the weaknesses?: None really. I wouldn't mind some more angle on the nose. But that's a preference, not a weakness. Similar decks you have ridden?: 46" Gravity Carve 2 Would you recommend it?: Yes 65mm 78a clear, Monday, 10 September 2007 Equipment Reviews How long have you ridden them?: 6+ years!!!What Setup are you running them on?: 46" Karv Classic, Indy 169's Typical Discepline?: Carving, Cruising, Down Hill How much did you pay for them?: Came with the board Where did you buy them?: Brave New Wolrd Surf Shop NJ What are their weaknesses?: Have to be pushed real hard to slide. Don't drift well. Even if you get them to slide they take some effort to hook back up. What are their strengths?: Durable as hell! Still going pretty strong after 6+ years. Not bad for carving and cruising. What similar equipment have you ridden?: Gravity Street G's, Nineballs, Superballs Would you recommend them?: Undecided Red 70mm 78a, Sunday, 02 September 2007 Equipment Reviews How long have you ridden them?: A few daysWhat Setup are you running them on?: 44" Earthwing Supercharger, Randall R-II 180's Typical Discepline?: Down hill, Carving How much did you pay for them?: Came with the board Where did you buy them?: thelongboardstore.com What are their weaknesses?: Felt harder then 78a What are their strengths?: Super fast, they drift very easily and hook right back up Also they seem very durable.
