this summer i bought a hellcat. . . i ride to work every day and i wanted something with a little more . i sold my pug to get this board and i absolutely love it. i ride it every day i can.
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: two months
What is your setup like?: randal 180's. khiro bushings (reds and blues). abec grippins. rockin ron's balistic's
Typical Session Discipline: commuting.
How much did you pay?: $140 deck only.
Where did you purchase it?: pipelinesurf.com
What were the strengths of the deck.: awesome flex. when you move your feet closer to the trucks it feels much stiffer. carves really well.
What were the weaknesses?: if you want to bomb serious hills get something else.
Similar decks you have ridden?: hellcat. pug. the hustler is pretty much a perfect combination of these two.
Would you recommend it?: Yes

this was my first deck. totally fell in love with riding. now this is the board i put my friends on so i have someone to ride with. the board seems to give new riders more confidence. infected me with the stoke.
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: one year
What is your setup like?: randal RII 180s. 81a gumballs. shop bearings wedge/de-wedge
Typical Session Discipline: cruising
How much did you pay?: $200 complete (approx. i forget what i actually paid)
Where did you purchase it?: x-villiage toronto
What were the strengths of the deck.: lots of foot space. smooth ride. nice flex. excellent commuter. comfortable and safe feeling ride. pumpable
What were the weaknesses?: serious speed wobble issues. (i know experienced riders say that its all in my head. but i honestly think the flex of this deck does not help. or maybe it's just my set up. . . ) kind of heavy to pump. maybe too flexy.
Similar decks you have ridden?: none. this was my first
Would you recommend it?: Yes
