Welcome to freecarve.com, a uniquely interactive web site covering the exciting sport of snowboard alpine carving! Freecarve.com was founded in 1999 to promote the sport of alpine carving through the exchange of information. Brought to you by the people who put longboard and slalom skateboarding on the web with Ncdsa.com (now the Internet's largest longboard skateboarding web site), freecarve.com is a resource for carvers, by carvers, which is where you come in.

The site is based on user-supplied feedback that is categorized into topical forums. There are currently 19 forums covering just about every aspect of the sport. In the forums you can: read reviews of boards, bindings, and boots; learn where the killer runs are in your area; find out which board shops do alpine right; or hook up with other riders in your area. Freecarve.com is also proud to continually support riding safety with several forums dedicated to the topic.

After reading others riders' entries you can then upload a few of your own experiences. It's easy to contribute - the bottom of each forum page has an input form for submitting your own entry into that category.
