In less than a month, I am going to be flying out to Vancouver and make my way to Danger Bay 7. Bricin Lyons, chief of Coast Longboarding and the Danger Bay event has asked that I come out for a number of years now. Although I have always wanted to get out to this massive event, something has always come up. This time however, I was determined to get my butt out to BC and see the event for myself.

I think this is my eighth trip to Vancouver and I am extremely excited about things. There is something incredibly special about British Columbia and I know that the Danger Bay Race will be spectacular.

I will be interviewing some of the racers and event organizers and really try and give our readers a sense of what the event is like.

Bricin, thanks for all that you do for skateboarding…I can’t wait to get out there!
