    Default Corsica

Anyone with some info on this island. Going there for a trip and it looks like lots of rad terrain. There again, not the first time I've been fooled by Google maps!

I have gone through Corsica by feet twenty years ago, in the summer. It was awesome. Things will have surely changed since then but I remember lots of dangerous roads and many a car down a ravine. At the time locals were a bit rude but friendly when they acknowledged you were not French.

Thanks, I've heard of lots of great roads to ride, unfortuantly, unpredictable and dangerous car driving.
I'm going to a wedding, but I'll bring my gear.

i went to corsica about 5 times in the summer, unfortunately before i started longboarding. they have a lot of roads with good pavement, but i think it would be fairly dangerous since they drive like lunatics and the roads are really narrow. the west coast is pretty steep and rocky, you better not leave the road on either side. have fun, it's a wonderful island!

I didn't skate, had to spend time with my family.

There are some good roads all over the island, but a lot of traffic and people drive like maniacs...
