My old pumping deck was stolen from me so I can't slap the Poppies on that deck to try them out.

I also liked the twitchy-ness of the Bennet setup, which the Poppies don't seem to have as much twitch.

I got the Poppies to increase my efficiency, but with a stiff board and the stock bushing I'm feeling like pumping is more effort than it was on my old setup.

Also, do you guys like to run wheel spacing that is wider front and skinnier back, or wider back with skinnier front?
My Poppys are super bouncy and pump perfectly.

But like all pumping set ups, it required lots of tinkering and adjustments to get it right. There is no "stock bushings" set up that will work. I wedged and dewedged. I used MUCH Softer bushings in the front; I weigh 190 and use 75a Riptide in front, and white Krank in the rear.

Had an old free ride deck in the shed with a big chunk missing from one of the rails and delam on the kicks. Decided to chop it, narrow it, sand it, spray it and strapon some old dregs tkp's. Here she is:

New and already deep into this pumping thing and longboarding in general, finally making a post to say thank you guys for posting a ton of useful information here and the rest of the Internet. A lot of it has been dual purposed into getting me miles down the road and less funds in my bank account.
Here's an album of most of the stages it's been in besides the very poor front truck options I had before the Bennett. https://imgur.com/a/H8aal
I've got a couple more bushing options for Khiro on the way to try, along with some Kegels.

thinking of making an other board just for pumping. Some thing where the angles are set so you can through on a set of regular set of trucks and have it pumpable. Mabe like 22%+ on the front and 22%- on the rear. With flex and a 1.5-inch drop. Did my most miles in a day last week on this home made.My king pin bolt got loose. It's set up so loose I did not feel almost falling off the rattling washer made me check it. carver cx 4 50miles+Name: DSCF0624.jpg

That board is beautiful...would you be willing to sell one?

My mini pumper - holesom crouton - randal 125s - earthwing road rages 84a

Pretty fun for pumping around the block, but I have some carver cxs coming and a earthwing chaser for a short distance pumper setup. I really want to find some sector 9 double wides though so I don't have to share the wheels lol

Are my old eyes failing or do you have one of your trucks on backwards on the orange/pink/white board? Not trying to be funny. And what size are the yellow wheels up top photo?

the front truck is an RKP truck, the rear a TKP, so they are both the right way around. Check the pivots - both point outwards, as they should for both types of truck.
The front truck (Carver CX4) is TAF (Turny As F***), and the rear (Carver C2) is pretty dead, so pretty good for pumping.

Yup, as misterbleepy said they are Carver CX trucks, that setup I purchased as a complete, it was my 1st pumping skateboard. they are great for everything but long distance.

The Mango Wheels on the Subsonic on top are the 85mm 78a Seismic defcon speedvents, I hear they are one of the best LDP wheels next to the kegals and I just got them, I F'ing love them, so big and smooth and fast and soft all at the same time..Only upgrade left to do on the LDP now is some good trucks...
