    Default Atlas TKP Trucks

I've a fan of the Atlas RKP trucks and saw on their site that they've added TKP trucks to their lineup. They have machined pivots and builtin speedrings. I plan on getting some 149s to play around with.

I've already emailed them asking if they were going to make wider ones in the future. Sadly they said no.

Wasn't it Atlas that made some faux Bennetts 5-6 years ago?
yes, an uber-grippy, square-lipped slalom wheel IS the best for sliding

I like their RKPs. Wish they offered these in 169.

Thought it was gunmetal's "pistols" and "revolvers" that were kind of like a bennet or more based off an early stage indy hanger style.
Atlas haven't been around 5-6 years have they? Founded in '14 I'm pretty sure...

These look interesting though, looks like that hanger has some meat to grind.
Pretty weak they aren't planning to make anything wider than a 149 though.

Yep, they look promising, but if 149 is as big as they're going, that pretty much means I'll never purchase any. I might could get away with ~159's on a deck or two, but 149's are just too narrow.

    They make 180mm RKP's, why not TKP's?

Yea and at 149, they basically just made a street truck. Which is already an outrageously saturated market with many solid offerings.
When I do buy 149's, it's indys every time and I don't see that changing any time soon. The machined pivot is pretty much the one novel
feature they have that I can see.

I forget which brands stock atlas on a lot of their completes, but I can almost guarantee these being what ends up on the same brand's cheap mini-cruisers...

I've been exchanging emails with Tyler Myers at Origin Distribution about these trucks. He said he'll pass it along that several have said they would buy if there was something bigger like a 169.
