Default Lush Machine 80's - problems - what do I do?

I ordered my Lush Machine on the 29th of February. I've only ridden it twice, and now I'm not sure what to do because I didn't notice at first that one wheel did not touch the ground. I then contacted Vandem to ask about bushings and also mentioned the wheel - they replied about bushing and never mentioned my problem but I did not send pictures of the issue (but at this time I hadn't did as much research and though maybe it was due to bushings as I've never ridden a board so didn't know much) I have been super busy and not been able to ride, but today I had a look at my board and when I put weight on the side with the wheel that's not on the ground (Right Front) the left back wheel comes off the ground. Is there anything I can do? I think it's only a couple days out of its 30 day warranty, so is there anything I can do? Is it warped? - It was on sale but I thought if the board would be already warped it would have to have said when buying regardless if its on sale. i just want to fix it because I'm scared if I try say cross stepping and move up and down the board it is going to change the weight on each end and only 3 wheels will be rolling at any one time? I really want to fix this and have my first board to be good enough to learn on. Thank you for reading and any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I would say just skate it. If you are sure the trucks centre properly, it's likely a warped deck. Some one else posted a thread similar to this about a month ago? Not sure if it was you. If it's out of warranty then you don't have much choice. A warp won't affect the ride much so just try to ignore it

These are some pictures I have taken of the board - most of which were taken the day I got it - but I wasn't looking for warping at the time and didn't know what that was

Its hard to tell from the pictures, though I wouldn't worry. Just go skate it.

So if it's not warped could it be a truck issue? What if I replace the bushings would it help? - I was going to replace the bushings anyway as they are far too heavy for my weight.

Well if you need to change the bushings do it. But even if the deck a little bit warped it will still ride fine.

Dude, you're not going to race with it. You're fine.

Reading more on how to tell if my board is warped. I am pretty sure it is not! I'm so happy... but still thinking of ways to fix the problem

Take both hangers off, bushings and all and swap them around (front to back) to see if the problem is reproducible and follows the hanger or mounting plate. Maybe you'll get luck and everything will seat itself properly once its been removed and reassembled. Or you'll figure out if you have a truck, pivot cup, bushing issue and know how to proceed. Could also check to see if the mounting holes for the trucks were drilled true, plumb and square but I'd start with a dismount and reassemble of the trucks.
